To order a Deep Sea Pilot contact us by email, telephone, fax, or telex. Our contact details are given below.

When ordering a Deep Sea Pilot, please give as much notice as possible, at least 48 hours, and update your ETA 24 hours before arrival, even if the ETA hasn’t changed.

In ETA messages to us, please supply the following information:

• Name of your ship and radio callsign

• Gross tonnage, type of ship and cargo

• Ship’s arrival draught

• Where pilot is to board

• When Pilot is to board – please give day, date and local time

• First destination port

• Other destination ports – please give complete port rotation, if known

• Pilot disembarking point and likely date, if known
